The project is concerned with the digital transformation of the company, in the form of integrating the various departments that make up the company into one central ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system created for this purpose.

The implementation of an ERP system will allow the company to effectively integrate different areas of the business, resulting in greater operational efficiency, better resource management and improved customer service. Thanks to this integration, the company will be able to respond more flexibly and effectively to changing market requirements, which will benefit both the company and its customers. The target group is employees and customers.

It is also planned to introduce new internal and external communication tools that will improve cooperation between departments and with external partners.

As a result of the project, a process innovation will be introduced involving the application of advanced digital technologies to production and service processes. This will make these processes more efficient, precise and flexible.
